The Spirited brand was founded in 2017 by Elliot James Harris, who transformed his late-night drinks delivery service into a platform celebrating local artisan products. Recognising the demand for innovative and accessible experiences, Elliot embraced the trend of mobile bars, converting a horse trailer into a stylish, fully functioning bar. The trailer quickly became a fixture at events across the UK, from horse shows and festivals to national stadium events at the iconic Wembley. Its success attracted partnerships with independent, family-run brands eager to showcase their products at high-profile, on-trend events.

Building on this momentum, The Spirited team expanded rapidly. Within two years, Elliot acquired a second trailer and established the first bricks-and-mortar venue in the heart of Camden Town. With this growth came a wave of creativity and innovation. As the industry began seeking fresh cocktail concepts, The Spirited naturally merged its collection of unique, artisan products with a bold approach to cocktail design and theatrical menus.

Today, just four years later, The Spirited has grown into a thriving brand with two London venues and a world-class cocktail bar in the Caribbean, located on the beautiful island of Barbados. What began as a single converted horse trailer has evolved into an international brand at the forefront of cocktail innovation.
